Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than six weeks prior to your arrival, deposits paid will be refunded less cancellation fee 15% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, no refund will be available unless the apartment can be re-booked to another guest. If the apartment is re-booked to another guest, you will receive refund of deposits paid less 15% cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be in writing (email).

Check out time is strictly 10am.
