Under 30 days prior to your arrival - No refund; unless we can fully re-book the room(s). Over 30 days or more prior to your arrival – Full refund. We highly recommend travel insurance.
In the event of Covid-19 impacting & closing the ski resort and/or any border closures we will offer all our guests a full refund of all money paid. This refund is not subject to any cut off times ahead of the booking dates.”
