Falls Creek Hotel are dedicated to making your ski holiday delightful and unforgettable.
The hotel has many guest facilities including our ski shop, swimming pool, spa, guest lounge and laundry. Free Wi-Fi.
Rate includes a hearty cooked to order breakfast each day.
The on-site restaurant is open for Lunch daily between 11.30 & 2.30pm with a delicious a la carte menu that you must try. Dinner is exclusive to houseguests and served between 7pm & 9pm with an early kid’s dinner option at 6pm. If you have not included dinner in your package and would like to dine please book a table at reception earlier in the day. Houseguests are welcome to invite friends to join them depending on availability.
For your convenience all your rental equipment can be picked up from their downstairs ski shop Snowrider Rentals and your personal ski locker is in the foyer. The shop also sells a range snow sports equipment including ski boots, ski poles, helmets, gloves and goggles and if you are having any problems with your personal gear, they also provide a range of ski tuning and boot fitting services.
The Swimming Pool & Spa is located on 1st floor and is open from 7am to 9pm. Pool towels are located on the first floor.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3.30pm to 5.30pm they host the infamous Happy Harvey Hour, a Falls Creek tradition with live entertainment and Harvey Wallbanger on tap.

Cancellation policy
Bookings:
A 50% deposit of the total booking rate must be made within 24 hours of the date made to confirm the booking.
Balance due 6 weeks before your arrival.
A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.
It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and promptly advise Falls Creek Reservations if there are any errors or misunderstandings.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, Falls Creek Hotel will refund the deposit held less a cancellation fee of 5% of the total booking amount.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, Falls Creek Hotel will retain the full deposit.
If Falls Creek Hotel can re-sell the booking money held will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking amount.
If a booking is reduced in the number of nights each night cancelled will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be provided in writing to info@fallscreekreservations.com.au
Child Policy:
Children aged 4 years will be charged 25% the adult rate when sharing with 2 adults.
Children aged 5 to 17 years will be charged 50% the adult rate when sharing with 2 adults.
Children in their own room will be charged at the adult rate.
Single share rooms will be charged and extra supplement of 50% on top of the single adult rate.

Check-in 2:00 pm. Check-out 10:00am
Luggage storage is available for early arrivals & late departures.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover the loss of monies paid in the event of having to cancel your reservation.
