Falls Creek Country Club
Overview
The Falls Creek Country Club is an impressive six-story building that overlooks the Gully Triple Chair and the International Poma.
Choose from one of the 68 apartments, ranging from standard or deluxe apartments or treat yourself to the ultimate comfort of a suite or penthouse.
The unique ski in, ski out, drive in, drive out feature of the club allows you to ski from your accommodation to the chair lifts and enables guests to drive their vehicle right to the front door, enabling easy access for loading and unloading luggage and equipment.
All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Towels and bed linen are provided and there is a drying cupboard for ski clothing and boots in every apartment. Skis and snowboards are to be stored in the secure ski storage rooms in two different areas of the building.

Cancellation policy
CANCELLATIONS
If notice of cancellation is received in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 15% of the total cost.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 30 & 60 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Total Cost will be incurred (that is, there will be no refund).
LOW SNOW, LIMITED LIFT TICKETS AND LESSONS FOR WINTER
Whilst we understand some guests may come to enjoy the snow to ski of snowboard, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy.
In the event of low snow coverage, limited lift tickets and/or lessons not being available, our general cancellation policy applies.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover the loss of monies paid in the event of having to cancel your reservation.
SECURITY BOND
Reservations require a Security Bond of a credit card imprint as part of our check-in
Person(s) booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to it. The bond is additional to the cost of the reservation and is fully refundable after departure providing the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.
Keycards will not be issued until the Security Bond is processed.
FCCC is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted at any time within the apartment, hallways, restaurant or conference area. Smoking is only permitted on balconies, or outside the property. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning costs of $250.
FCCC Noise Policy: to respect other guests, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Excessive noise after hours will not be tolerated; FCCC reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund.
