Overview
AAC Falls Creek is conveniently located right next to the Falls Creek Hotel in the Village Bowl, with quick access to the family friendly aqueduct trail and an easy roll down to Flowtown, Falls Creeks most popular MTB trail. With stunning views of the summit, the Lodge offers comfortable lodge-style accommodation with 15 rooms that range from twin single, double, queen and bunk bedrooms.
All rooms at AAC Falls Creek feature their own private ensuite. A large modern kitchen plus outdoor BBQ offers endless cooking options and the large dining room provides for relaxed mealtimes. There is also a large games and entertainment room that features comfortable seating along with large screen Smart TV, pool table, table tennis table and foosball machine. Plus, for peace of mind in Summer our well-sized ski room is used as a secure on-site bike storage room.
There are six Standard Rooms which sleep up to three people, each with one double bed and an overhead single bunk bed. There are three Queen Rooms, while our three Twin Single Rooms feature two single beds with ample storage.
The Lodge also offers three larger rooms, Rooms 13, 14 and 15. Room 13 sleeps four, with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. The two single beds are usually moved together to form a double bed, however they can also be separated if required. Room 14 sleeps six, with 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds that are also usually moved together to form a double bed, however they can also be separated if required. Room 15 sleeps five and features a permanent arrangement of one double bed with three bunk beds, perfect for families of all sizes.

Cancellation policy
85% refund of the total booking value, less any fees paid for cancellations made greater than or equal to 28 days of your arrival date.
75% refund of the total booking value, less any fees paid for cancellations made within 28 days of your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.
Summer Terms & Conditions
Your responsibilities
You are accountable for the conduct of your group and adherence to lodge rules
Advise guests in your group of the need to bring linen (and towels) to suit the rooms that have been booked, to clean the lodge and to comply with lodge rules
Advise your guests of the door access code but do not share it with anyone not staying at the lodge
Ensure that rubbish is handled correctly and is taken to the rubbish hut promptly
Ensure that the lodge is clean at the end of the stay, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas. In particular, ensure that the Summer Lodge Clean-Up Checklist provided in the lodge is completed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this is not done.
Report any problems to the Manager, by phone if necessary
Note: on Peaks Cycling Challenge weekend linen and towels are provided and the Manager will clean at the end of your stay
