The perfect Falls Creek accommodation, Cedarwood Apartments is located in the heart of Falls Creek in the Australian Alps. Built at the top of the village these apartments offer fantastic views and excellent ski in, ski out access from the home trails.

Cedarwood Apartments has undergone major refurbishment and renovations since 2001 and now offer excellent value Falls Creek accommodation in comfortable and roomy apartments. We offer a luggage room for guests who arrive before check in or who wish to ski on the day of departure. Located within the Cedarwood building is Central Snow Sports Equipment Hire making it easy to arrive, check into your Falls Creek accommodation and collect your ski equipment.
Cedarwood Apartments are open all year round providing excellent Falls Creek accommodation with great access to walking and bike trails as well as great vehicle accessibility.
Location & Directions
At the top end of Schuss Street we are only 200 metres from the Eagle chairlift and only 30 metres of this distance is along the roads traveled by the oversnow taxi's.
Cancellation policy
Should for some reason you have to cancel your booking a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking fee will be charged.
If you cancel more than 45 days before your arrival date a full refund of the monies paid less the cancellation fee will be given.
If you cancel less than 45 days before your arrival date a refund less the cancellation fee will only be paid if the apartment is filled for the period that you have booked it. If the apartment is filled for part of the booked period you will receive a partial refund less the cancellation fee. If the booking is not re filled no refund will be given.
You can avoid the cancellation fee by moving your booking – we allow this once per booking however this must be done no less than 45 days before your arrival date. Moving a booking less than 45 days before your arrival is not possible.
Maximum occupancy Policy: Each apartment in Cedarwood has a maximum occupancy. This number varies between apartments and is based on the number of beds within it. Cedarwood does not allow extra people in our apartments over the maximum number and exceeding this number will result in your group being unable to check in on arrival until alternate accommodation is secured for the extra people. Extra people refers to persons of all ages including children babies and toddlers regardless of whether or not they require an actual bed.
Guests found breaching this policy will be asked to find alternate accommodation for the extra person/persons or the entire group will be evicted without refund.
Arrival times are strictly between 4pm and 6pm. There will be no option to arrive after 6pm.
