Cancellation policy
Deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required when booking.
If a booking is cancelled PRIOR to 60 days of arrival, a full refund of the deposit will be given, less a $150 administration fee and any credit card transaction fees incurred. The deposit may be transferred to a new booking within the same season, subject to availability, however the price will be recalculated and any extra costs will apply. The administration fee will be waived.
If a booking is cancelled WITHIN 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund. We strongly advise our guests to purchase travel insurance in case of this event. The manager will re-advertise the apartment. Should the apartment re-book, a refund for the number of new nights booked, less a $150 admin fee and less credit card transaction charges, will be granted. If the apartment cannot be re-let by the scheduled arrival date, all monies held by management will be retained.
