TRAVEL TO FALLS CREEK Driving The roads leading in to Falls Creek offer spectacular scenery throughout the Kiewa Valley. The roads are safe and cleared of snow daily. Although chains are rarely fitted, it is compulsory to carry them. Chains can be hired from ski shops in towns leading into the resort including Myrtleford or Mt. Beauty. Coach/Bus |
Train /Coach Coach Fly /Coach WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU GET THERE As you approach the resort, your first stop is the Howmans Gap entry gate. At this point entry fees are collected which go towards services including car parking, snow clearing, ski patrol, public day shelters and the village shuttle bus. |
As you arrive in the village you will be greeted by car parking attendants. The attendants are on duty until midnight Monday to Thursday, until 2am on Friday nights and 1am on Saturday and Sunday nights. For arrivals after this time, park at the Oversnow Terminal until An on-mountain oversnow taxi service is available to transport you and your luggage direct to your accommodation. This service operates until late seven days a week. There is also a Free Village Shuttle Bus operating daily from early morning until early evening.
