If the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, Elk at Falls will refund the deposit held less a cancellation fee of 15%. If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival, Elk at Falls will attempt to re-let the booking*. If successful, money held will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If Elk at Falls cannot re-let, all moneys held will be retained. *If the balance of the booking has not been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. No refund will be granted where a booking is cancelled after 5pm 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refund will be granted in the event a guest does not arrive for their booking or cancels on the date of their booking. A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.

 COVID-19 Policy 1. If you need to cancel or postpone your booking as a result of a government mandated lockdown or border closure; a refund will be given less any transaction fees used to facilitate the booking, and less a $300 administration fee. Your cancellation request under this policy must relate to Covid-19 and must provide a driver's license with residential address and a reference document with the government direction confirming your claim and cancellation request. 2. Cancellation for non-covid related reasons as defined above remain subject to our normal booking terms and conditions.
